Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of products from heroxbio.com (the "Site"), operated by Vault IQ LLC ("Heroxbio," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site, completing the research-only access acknowledgement, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Research-use-only and no-medical-advice notice
All products sold by Heroxbio are sold for laboratory research purposes only. Heroxbio does not sell products for human or animal consumption. Several of the compounds we supply are not approved for human use in the United States, or are approved only for specific indications under prescription. No statement on this Site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and nothing is a recommendation to administer, prescribe, or self-administer any compound. If you are managing a clinical condition, consult a qualified medical professional. Use of this Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship, a research-collaboration relationship, or any fiduciary relationship.
By submitting the research-only access form on the homepage, you have affirmatively represented that any products purchased are for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption, and that you are 21 years of age or older. Those representations are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the contract between you and Heroxbio.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for use by adult research customers 21 years of age or older. By using the Site or completing the compliance gate, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.
2. Order acceptance and pricing
All product listings are invitations to treat, not offers. Your order is an offer to purchase. Heroxbio may accept or decline any order in its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where ship-to availability is restricted, where suspected non-research use is identified, or where payment cannot be verified. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order.
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing is honored when applicable at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors at any time before shipment, including cancellation of orders affected by such errors with a full refund.
3. Shipping and risk of loss
We ship to addresses in the countries enumerated on the compliance gate. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin). Heroxbio is not responsible for carrier delays. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and inspection by destination-country customs authorities; those charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Heroxbio does not ship to countries outside the enumerated list. Attempts to ship via freight-forwarders to non-listed destinations void any return or refund right.
4. Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final once the shipment leaves our facility, except as required by law and except in the following circumstances:
- Damaged in transit. If a shipment arrives damaged, contact support@heroxbio.com within 5 business days with photos; we will replace the affected items at no charge.
- Heroxbio shipping error. If we ship the wrong item, we replace at no charge upon return of the original product unopened.
- Out-of-spec product. If the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for a delivered batch fails its published purity or contaminants thresholds, contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
Returns of unopened, undamaged products for any other reason are at Heroxbio's sole discretion and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Opened products are not returnable.
5. Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Each batch shipped is documented by a Certificate of Analysis from a named third-party laboratory, available on request and (where applicable) at heroxbio.com/coa. The COA represents the analytical findings of the tested sample and is not a representation of fitness for any specific research application or for human or animal use.
6. Affiliated entities
Heroxbio is operationally and financially related to The Compound (thecompoundbrief.com), an independent editorial publication owned by the same operator. The two entities are run as separate properties: separate compliance gates, separate email lists (GoHighLevel for Heroxbio, Beehiiv for The Compound), separate operations, and independent editorial decisions. The Compound is not a Heroxbio publication and Heroxbio is not a Compound product. The relationship is disclosed in the privacy policies of both entities, on the About page of The Compound, and in the standing footer of every issue of The Compound, in compliance with FTC guidance on material connections in endorsements (16 CFR Part 255).
7. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or any product purchased through it in any way that violates applicable law, including but not limited to FDA regulations on human or animal use of unapproved compounds.
- Misrepresent the intended use of products purchased through the Site.
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage products in any way that misrepresents their research-use-only status to a downstream buyer.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or interfere with its operation.
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written consent.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heroxbio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose (other than as represented in the COA), and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heroxbio's total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Heroxbio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). In no event shall Heroxbio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heroxbio and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) any non-research use of products purchased from Heroxbio, (c) your misrepresentation of intended use in the compliance gate, or (d) any harm caused to third parties by your use of products purchased from us.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Class actions are waived; disputes proceed individually.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to recent customers via email and dated on this page. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
